4. Delivery period

Exchange and startup will be preferred. Full functional system up to the end of 2020

6. Delivery terms.

The offer should be calculated on the basis of the DDP formula according to Incoterms 2010. The supplier bears the costs and the risk of delivering the goods to the Ordering Party. The supply insurance during transport lies with the supplier.

8. The period of being bound by the Offer
