The ordering party - the Bunge Group in Poland invites you to submit a commercial offer for the purchase and delivery of:

1.1 The items of the order are listed in the list below, any additional information can be found in the "comments" box or in the annexes.

1.2 Offers should be submitted for brand new products, unused, not regenerated as per the list below. Products / services for substitutes or equivalent products will not be considered. The supplier offers a guarantee for the offered products / services.

Exchange and startup of engines and inverters and local control program on local mode up to 19.07.2018 will be preferred. Full functional system up to the end of July.

Necessity to provide the acceptance documentation and assistance of the service upon get an final acceptance protocol

6. Delivery terms.

Place of delivery: Bunge Polska Sp. z o.o. Production Plant ul. Jagodne 1, 05-480 Karczew.

The offer should be calculated on the basis of the DDP formula according to Incoterms 2010. The supplier bears the costs and the risk of delivering the goods to the Ordering Party. The supply insurance during transport lies with the supplier.

7. The way of preparing the offer

Offers should be submitted only using the purchasing platform within the prescribed period. Offers placed outside of the Logintrade platform will not be considered.

8. The period of being bound by the Offer

The supplier is bound by the offer for a period of 30 days, and the course of this period begins with the expiry of the deadline for submission of tenders.

9. Reservations

9.1 The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the scope of the purchase procedure and the manner of its execution.

9.2 The Ordering Party shall have the right to freely choose the offer or close the purchase procedure at any time without choosing the offer and without giving reasons for such a decision.

10. Other provisions

10.1 The Ordering Party does not allow partial or alternative offers to be submitted unless the relevant admission has been expressly sentenced in the description of the subject of the order.

10.4 The offer, the content of which does not correspond to the content of the Request for Proposal will be rejected.

10.5. The Contracting Authority provides for the use of trade negotiations or electronic auction in the second stage of the proceeding to which the most favorable offers will be qualified. The Purchaser shall inform Suppliers of all provisions regarding the implementation of the second stage through the purchasing platform or email.
