1. Object of the contract
1.1. The subjects of the contract have been listed in the table below, any additional information in the "comments" field or in the attachments.
1.2. Tenders should be submitted for brand new, unused and non-regenerated products in accordance with the table below. The supplier provides a guarantee for the products / services.

2. Delivery date
The shortest possible.

3. Delivery terms.
Place of delivery: Kobylniki 59, 88-150 Kruszwica.
The offer should be calculated on the DDP formula prescription according to Incoterms 2010. The supplier bears the costs and the risk of delivering the goods to the Ordering Party. Insurance of deliveries during transport by the Supplier.

4. The method of preparing the offer
Offers should only be submitted using the purchasing platform within the prescribed period. Tether offers outside the Logintrade platform will not be gold.
Each offer must have a document (a scan or a document generated from the Supplier''''s system) on letterhead, full price of the offer. Additionally, we invite you to take advantage of the option of attaching the catalog card of the offered product.

5. The period of validity of the Offer
The supplier is bound by the offer for a period of 30 days, the date of commencement of the period begins with the date of starting the submission of offers.

6. Reservations
6.1. The ordering party reserves the right to change the scope of purchase and the manner of his stay.
6.2. The Ordering Party has the right to choose an offer or close the market in the event of a decision without selecting an offer and without sales periods.

7. Other provisions
7.1. The contracting authority does not allow partial offers or variant offers, unless the description of the subject of the contract clearly indicates the appropriate admission.
7.2. The Ordering Party reserves the right to request the Supplier to provide documents confirming the Supplier''''s ability to work and present the results (e.g. a copy of the readers or a certificate from the Central Register of Information on Economic Activity, certificates of the head of the tax office and ZUS branch, references, lists of employees along with with permissions, bank account statements).
7.3. Submitting an offer is tantamount to reading and accepting the content of offers to submit offers, the Regulations for using the Purchasing Platform provided by Logintrade Sp. Zoo. 7.5. Ordering party meeting the conditions of trade negotiations or auctions in response to the procedure, the most advantageous offers qualified to the stores. Ordering Party notification of Suppliers of final versions of the first stage on the purchasing platform or by mail.
